It started in community, not in a café.

My name is Justin Idrovo. My love for coffee didn't begin in a café. It began in community. In college, I fell in love with the craft of espresso. Before long I was behind my machine at worship gatherings and prayer nights, pulling shots for people who had come to be together.

Goshen Coffee is that same idea on wheels. A real espresso cart, made drink by drink, brought to the place where your people are gathering.

I realized it wasn't just about the coffee. It was about the moment it created.

Host the coffee for your guests with one flat price, or let guests pay for their own drinks at the cart. Either way, you'll know the cost before you book.

The First Tier

2 hours of live espresso bar service. Includes up to 35 drinks, ideal for up to 30 guests. Extra time is $100 per hour.

The Gathering

2½ hours of live espresso bar service. Includes up to 55 drinks, ideal for up to 50 guests. Extra time is $110 per hour.

The Celebration Fits most weddings

3 hours of live espresso bar service. Includes up to 80 drinks, ideal for up to 75 guests. Extra time is $125 per hour.

4 hours of live espresso bar service. Includes up to 160 drinks, ideal for up to 150 guests. Extra time is $150 per hour.

Going over your drink limit? Extra drinks are $4 for espresso and americanos and $5 for lattes, cappuccinos and cortados. Bigger events are quoted individually.

  • Full barista menu. Lattes, cappuccinos, cortados, americanos and espresso.
  • Premium ingredients. Whole milk, oat and almond milk, and premium syrups.
  • All essentials. Cups, lids, sleeves and napkins.
  • Hassle-free logistics. Cart transport, complete setup and breakdown, no hookups needed.

Prefer guests to pay?

Run the cart cash-bar style. Guests buy their own drinks at the cart, and you secure the date with a booking fee and a sales guarantee.

Booking takes three steps.

Tell us about your event

Send the date, place and guest count. We reply within 24 hours with availability and a clear price.

Secure your date

Once your date is confirmed, we'll email payment instructions. A deposit holds the date and covers materials.

We show up and pour

The cart arrives early, sets up quietly, and serves your guests until the last cup.

How far ahead should I book?

For most events, 4 to 6 weeks is ideal. Weddings book earlier, so reach out 2 to 3 months ahead if you can. Shorter notice is worth asking about.

How does the deposit work?

A deposit of 30 to 50 percent secures your date and covers the materials we purchase for your event. After you send your request and we confirm availability, we'll email payment instructions. The balance is due at the event.

How much space does the cart need?

About 6 by 4 feet, plus one standard 120V outlet nearby. Water is on the cart, so no hookups are needed.

Is there a travel fee?

Events close to Tinley Park have no travel fee. For farther events, a small distance-based fee may apply. It is included in your quote, so there are no surprises.

Where do you serve?

Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Add your event location to the booking form and we'll confirm we can be there.

Can you serve dairy-free or non-coffee guests?

Yes. Oat and almond milk are included with every package, so dairy-free guests are covered.

What if more guests come than we planned?

No problem. Extra drinks beyond your package are a simple per-drink rate, and we'll bring enough supplies for a little extra. You can also add hours if the party runs long.
